A clearer path from business need to vendor shortlist

Finding a life sciences vendor often means searching across company websites, product names, and overlapping service descriptions. A large vendor may offer far more than its headline suggests; a specialist may be exactly what you need but difficult to discover.

LifeSciFind brings those offerings into one structure so you can explore the market, understand a vendor's fit, and build a shortlist for a better-informed conversation. It covers work across the lifecycle, from research and clinical development to manufacturing, regulatory, medical affairs, commercial, and patient support.

Start with the work

Find vendors by the project, workflow, or specific capability you need, not just a company name.

Understand the offering

See what a vendor does and how it delivers it: software, services, data, consulting, or a combination.

Check the evidence

Follow each capability to the source page and excerpt behind it, with a review date to judge freshness.

Organized by the work, not the company

Start with a lifecycle stage, then narrow to a category, a workflow (the job to get done) and a capability (what a vendor offers).

Vendor types separate a software platform from a service provider, CRO, CDMO, or consultancy.

How we review vendors

A profile shows what a vendor's own materials support, checked by a person before it goes live.

  1. 1

    Read the vendor's own pages

We start from official websites and first-party materials, and keep the source page and a supporting excerpt for each capability.
  2. 2

    Match offerings to clear definitions

Every capability has a written definition and rules for when it applies. AI helps propose matches against them.
  3. 3

    Review before anything is listed

An editor reviews each suggested capability. Only accepted ones appear on a profile, and a vendor is published once its review is finished.
  4. 4

    Publish with the evidence attached

Each listed capability links to its source and review date, so you can check the claim yourself.

What the labels mean

Company involvement and paid placement are always marked, and they are kept separate from our evidence review.

Reviewed capability
An offering we matched to the vendor's own source material and accepted in editorial review. Select it on a profile to see the excerpt, source link and review date.
Main offering
What the vendor leads with, confirmed in review. It shows a vendor's focus; it isn't a quality rating or paid promotion.
Claimed
A company representative has verified access to manage the profile. It is separate from our review of the evidence.
Featured Partner
A vendor on our top paid plan. Its placements are labeled Sponsored and shown apart from organic results.

Featured Partner· Sponsored

A paid placement. Payment adds profile features and labeled exposure; it never buys capability approval or a higher organic ranking.

Common questions

Is LifeSciFind free for buyers?

Yes. Searching the directory and comparing vendors is free for buyers.

How do vendors get listed?

Anyone can suggest a vendor through the submission form. We review the company's own website, and its profile goes live once its capabilities have been reviewed. A basic listing is free; paid plans add profile features.

Can a vendor pay to rank higher?

No. Organic results are ranked by how well a vendor's reviewed capabilities match your search or filters. Featured Partner placements are shown separately and labeled Sponsored.

Does a listing mean LifeSciFind recommends the vendor?

No. A listed capability shows that the vendor's own materials support it. It doesn't certify quality, regulatory compliance or fit for your project, so confirm scope with the vendor.

How current is the information?

Each capability shows when its source was last reviewed. Offerings change, so check current details with the vendor. Companies and buyers can send corrections with a supporting link.

Why isn't a capability I know about listed?

We list a capability only when the vendor's own pages support it. If it's missing, that evidence may not be published yet. You can suggest an addition with a link to the page that describes it.

Help us improve the directory

Buyers and vendors can suggest missing companies or send corrections with a link to the supporting source. Company representatives can claim a profile and submit updates for review. For feedback or questions, email hello@lifescifind.com.
