LifeSciFind (“LifeSciFind”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Vincent Cheng. By using lifescifind.com or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use LifeSciFind for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

1. What LifeSciFind is

LifeSciFind is a directory of life sciences vendors. Profiles describe offerings based on vendors’ own public materials and our editorial review, as explained in our methodology. Listings are information, not an endorsement, recommendation, audit, or guarantee of any vendor’s quality, compliance, or suitability. Confirm details directly with a vendor before relying on them.

2. Accounts

You can sign in with Google or an emailed link. Keep your account secure and your details accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Vendor listings, claims and submitted content

• When you submit, claim, or update a vendor profile, you confirm that you represent that company and that what you provide is accurate and yours to share.
• You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, edit for clarity and format, and distribute the content you provide (including names, logos, descriptions, and resources) as part of LifeSciFind and its promotion.
• We decide editorially what to publish. We may decline, edit, or remove submissions and listings, including to correct inaccurate or unsupported claims.
• Paid plans add features such as contact options, resources, analytics, and labeled sponsored placement. They do not buy capability approval, editorial changes, or a higher organic ranking. Paid placements are labeled.

4. Paid plans and billing

• Current plans and prices are on Vendor Plans. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Plans are subscriptions billed in advance for each monthly or yearly term and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Introductory or launch discounts apply only to the term stated (for example, the first year) and the plan renews at the regular price.
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects your renewal.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, the profile returns to the Free plan; it is not removed.

5. Buyer inquiries

If you send an inquiry to a vendor through LifeSciFind, we deliver it to that vendor, and the vendor’s use of it is governed by its own policies. Vendors who receive inquiries may use them only to respond to the request and must follow applicable law, including anti-spam and privacy law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, or impersonate anyone;
• scrape, copy, or republish the directory in bulk, or access it by automated means beyond what our robots.txt allows;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, or misuse inquiry forms;
• use the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, taxonomy, and compiled profiles belong to Vincent Cheng. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify them. Source excerpts are quoted to show the evidence for a listing and link to the original.

8. Corrections and removal requests

Anyone can suggest a correction from a vendor profile. Vendors and rights holders can contact hello@lifescifind.com about inaccurate content or removal requests; we review each request.

9. Third-party sites

Links to vendor and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

LifeSciFind is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a plan will produce any particular number of views, clicks, or inquiries.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vincent Cheng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to LifeSciFind is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

12. Indemnity

If you provide content or use LifeSciFind for a company, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from that content or from your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LifeSciFind at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as licenses already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes affecting paid plans, notify subscribers by email. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
