This policy explains how Vincent Cheng (“we”) handles personal information on LifeSciFind. We collect what we need to run the directory and do not sell personal information.
Vendors receive the inquiries you send them, with your name and email so they can reply to you. We also use service providers that process information on our behalf:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use cookies needed for sign-in and security, and your browser stores display preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep account and vendor information while the account or listing is active, inquiries for as long as needed to deliver them and support the vendor’s plan, and billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use, by emailing hello@lifescifind.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU, or the UK), you may have additional rights, including to appeal a decision or complain to a regulator. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. Unsubscribe links are in every update email.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure; contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.
LifeSciFind is a business directory not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We are based in the United States and process information there and wherever our providers operate.
We will post updates here with a new date. Questions: hello@lifescifind.com. Mailing address available on request. See also our Terms of Service.
