BPS Bioscience offers start-to-finish drug discovery tools and services, from recombinant proteins and virus and cell engineering to assay development and screening. Its offerings support biochemical, cellular, antibody, gene-editing, and advanced-modality discovery workflows.

Research Reagents and Cell Models

• Equip screening workflows with assay kits built from purified proteins, ancillary reagents, and buffers for inhibitory-compound or blocking-antibody screening. BPS also runs PARP and PARPTrap™ screening and profiling.
• Source recombinant proteins and antibodies for research, including products that can be labeled or modified to specification. HiP™, its high-purity, low-aggregation protein line, supports consistent research data; BPS also provides conventional antibodies against ADC targets, positive-control bispecific and trispecific antibodies, and T-cell engagers.

Assay Development and Screening

• Develop a biochemical assay suitable for screening and evaluating a target of interest through custom assay development using BPS Bioscience assay technologies.

Cell and Advanced Modality Discovery

• Choose stable research cell models for immunotherapy, CAR-T, cell signaling, metabolism, or neuroscience studies. BPS Bioscience offers over 250 stable cell lines with optimized thaw, growth, and assay media, including StemBright™, reporter iPSCs for pathway activation or cell tracking.
• Advance advanced-modality programs through custom CAR-T development from CAR design through functional validation and expansion, custom CRISPR/Cas9 knock-out or knock-in cell lines, and cell assays for RNA-editing or RNA-silencing candidates. BPS also provides custom bispecific and BiTE® antibody services, binding and bridging assays, T-cell activation assessment, and proximity assays for PROTAC adaptor function.

Protein Characterization and Discovery Services

• Characterize protein binding through label-free BLI studies using off-the-shelf, customer-provided, or custom-manufactured proteins. BPS also develops target-validation assays for different classes of enzymes and provides functional cell assays for candidate drugs.
• Evaluate antibody and other biologic candidates through binding, bridging, and cell-based assays, including assays that assess dual antigen recognition regardless of bispecific format, isotype, or species of origin.
